Responsibilities
- Lead project design development from initial concept to completion.
- Direct coordination with consultants, engineers, and municipal agencies.
- Oversee construction documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Mentor junior architectural staff and facilitate design charrettes.
- Ensure project adherence to zoning codes and sustainable building standards.
- Represent the firm in client presentations and stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Professional licensure (AIA/NCARB) highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial architectural practice.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of sustainable design principles (LEED certification a plus).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-phase projects.
