Studio Apex is a premier architecture firm dedicated to pushing the boundaries of urban design and sustainable living. We are seeking a visionary Senior Project Architect to lead our high-profile commercial and residential projects in the heart of New York City.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design development and technical execution of large-scale, complex architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Coordinate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, MEP, and civil engineering consultants.
- Oversee the production of comprehensive construction documents and specifications using advanced BIM workflows.
- Manage high-level client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for project milestones and presentations.
- Ensure all designs strictly adhere to NYC building codes, zoning laws, and ADA requirements.
- Mentor junior and intermediate architectural staff, fostering a culture of technical precision and design excellence.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure timely delivery of world-class architectural solutions.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Architect (RA) in New York State or active NCARB certification.
- 8+ years of post-licensure experience in a high-end professional design firm.
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Bluebeam Revu is mandatory.
- Proven track record of managing projects with construction budgets exceeding $50M.
- Deep knowledge of NYC building codes and the ULURP process.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to stakeholders.
