Studio Luxe Architecture & Design is seeking a visionary, highly creative, and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer & Project Lead to join our elite design studio in New York City. In this role, you will lead the creative direction and execution of high-end luxury residential and prestigious commercial projects from concept to final styling.

Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization, spatial planning, and interior architectural detailing of luxury residential and commercial projects.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and on-site construction administration.
- Create and present comprehensive design presentations, including mood boards, material palettes, and 3D renderings to high-profile clients.
- Direct the selection, customization, and procurement of high-end FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), finishes, and custom millwork.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and specialized artisans to ensure design intent is flawlessly executed.
- Mentor and guide junior and intermediate design team members, fostering creative growth and quality control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 7+ years of professional experience in luxury interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed high-end projects.
- Expert level proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
- Deep knowledge of premium materials, custom furniture fabrication, textiles, and global design resources.
- Exceptional client management, communication, and luxury-tier presentation skills.
- NCIDQ certification or state licensure is highly preferred but not required.
