Responsibilities
- Lead the full architectural design process from conceptual phase to construction documentation.
- Manage project teams, coordinating with consultants, engineers, and clients to ensure design intent is met.
- Develop detailed technical specifications and construction drawings using Revit and BIM protocols.
- Conduct site visits and construction administration to oversee quality control and design compliance.
- Ensure project adherence to local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability benchmarks.
- Facilitate client presentations and maintain high-level communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior staff and promote a collaborative, high-performance office culture.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Architect (AIA) with at least 8-10 years of experience in commercial or high-end residential architecture.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of structural systems, building envelopes, and construction methodologies.
- Experience in project management and navigating complex permitting processes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating a sophisticated design aesthetic and technical rigor.
