You will oversee large-scale commercial and mixed-use projects from schematic design through to construction administration, working closely with our principal designers to push the boundaries of modern aesthetics and sustainability.

Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of architectural projects from conceptual design through construction documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil engineering consultants to ensure technical integration.
- Manage project teams, delegating tasks effectively to junior architects and designers.
- Present design concepts and project updates to clients and stakeholders with clarity and professional poise.
- Conduct site visits and manage construction administration to ensure design intent is upheld.
- Ensure all project deliverables comply with zoning laws, building codes, and accessibility requirements.
- Mentor junior staff and promote a culture of architectural excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
- Professional Licensure (AIA/RA) in the United States is required.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a professional architectural practice.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of IBC, ADA standards, and local New York City Building Codes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with sustainable design certifications (LEED, WELL, or Passive House) is highly preferred.
