Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from schematic design through construction administration.
- Coordinate with engineering consultants and stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration.
- Prepare and review detailed construction documentation and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior design staff and oversee the quality control of technical outputs.
- Manage municipal permit filings and ensure compliance with NYC building codes.
- Lead client presentations and project meetings with professionalism and authority.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
- Active AIA membership and NCARB certification preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in commercial or mixed-use architectural design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of NYC Zoning Resolutions and Building Codes.
- Strong portfolio showcasing technical execution of high-end projects.
