Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design process for high-rise residential and commercial mixed-use projects.

  • Coordinate with consultants, MEP engineers, and contractors to resolve complex site and structural challenges.

Qualifications

  • Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
  • Current Registered Architect (RA) license, preferably in the State of New York.
