Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive design and technical development for large-scale urban projects from concept through completion.
- Manage multi-disciplinary consultant teams to ensure seamless project integration and technical accuracy.
- Oversee the production of high-quality Revit models and detailed construction documentation for complex assemblies.
- Navigate and ensure compliance with NYC building codes, zoning resolutions, and ULURP processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, developers, and city officials, maintaining exceptional relationships.
- Mentor emerging architectural talent within the studio to foster a culture of professional excellence and design rigor.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited program.
- Active Registered Architect (RA) license in New York State is mandatory.
- Minimum 8 years of post-licensure experience in a leading architectural or design-build firm.
- Expertise in BIM workflows, specifically advanced Revit, Rhino, and Grasshopper proficiency.
- Demonstrated experience in LEED, WELL, or Passive House certified projects.
- Superior communication skills with the ability to present complex design solutions to diverse stakeholders.
