Responsibilities
- Lead project teams through all phases of design, including SD, DD, and CD.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil engineering consultants to ensure technical integration.
- Manage client communications and project presentations with a focus on design integrity.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed construction documents and specification manuals.
- Direct construction administration activities, including site visits and RFI management.
- Ensure project compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and accessibility standards.
- Mentor junior design staff and conduct design critiques to foster professional growth.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
- Current Architectural Licensure (AIA/NCARB) is required.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in commercial or mixed-use projects.
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of high-performance building systems and sustainable design (LEED AP preferred).
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional visual communication and storytelling skills.
