As a key member of our leadership team, you will bridge the gap between creative conceptualization and rigorous technical execution, mentoring junior staff while driving project success from inception through construction administration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of large-scale commercial mixed-use projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and clients to ensure design integrity.
- Manage full project phases, including DD, CD, and Construction Administration.
- Ensure all project deliverables comply with local zoning, building codes, and ADA requirements.
- Mentor junior architects and designers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed construction document sets.
- Facilitate client meetings and represent the firm in high-stakes presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Licensed Architect (AIA/NCARB) with 8+ years of professional experience.
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong technical knowledge of building envelopes, sustainable practices, and materials.
- Proven track record of managing project budgets and complex team dynamics.
- Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills.
- Experience in leading multi-disciplinary consultant teams.
