You will work in a collaborative, high-energy environment, leveraging advanced BIM technologies to push the boundaries of sustainable design and structural elegance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical development of high-profile commercial and mixed-use projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project alignment with vision and budget.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed construction documents and ensure compliance with building codes and zoning regulations.
- Manage project schedules to meet rigorous deadlines while maintaining uncompromising design quality.
- Direct and mentor junior architectural staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous professional growth.
- Conduct site visits to perform field observations and ensure construction conforms to design intent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Architect (AIA preferred) with a minimum of 8+ years of professional experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven track record of managing projects through all phases of design and construction.
- Strong understanding of sustainable design practices and LEED certification processes.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of Chicago building codes and permitting processes.
