Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our core insurance platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and design, translating complex requirements into actionable user stories.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize and groom the product backlog, ensuring the engineering team focuses on high-impact features that deliver measurable ROI.
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and user research to identify new opportunities for product innovation within the insurance sector.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to iterate on products and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis within the Fintech or InsurTech industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and technical concepts.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of insurance products (e.g., life, health, general insurance) and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., MAS guidelines).
- Tools: Proficient in Jira, Confluence, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
