Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing) to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and market analysis to uncover pain points and drive product innovation.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and specification to launch and iteration.
- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable product roadmaps.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and iterate on products based on user feedback and data insights.
- Act as the primary advocate for the user voice within the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within the B2B SaaS or Fintech industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong technical background; familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products and managing product backlogs.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Productboard) is a plus.
