Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and market trends.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, designers, and marketers to deliver exceptional products.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth user research, competitive analysis, and market validation to identify opportunities for growth.
- Lifecycle Management: Own the full product lifecycle from concept and definition to launch, iteration, and post-launch analysis.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze key metrics (KPIs, ROI, user engagement) to drive continuous improvement and feature prioritization.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations and communicate progress to executive stakeholders, investors, and cross-functional partners.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on SaaS or B2B platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development life cycles, APIs, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Analytics Skills: Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics) to drive product decisions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to identify problems, prioritize solutions, and execute with a bias for action.
