Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and post-launch optimization.
- Translate high-level business goals into actionable product roadmaps and detailed user stories.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to ensure seamless feature launches.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and competitive analysis to identify market-leading opportunities.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure feature adoption and overall business impact.
- Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions to prioritize work based on ROI and strategic alignment.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for stakeholders, articulating product vision and status updates.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong technical background with the ability to discuss API integrations and system architecture with engineers.
- Proven expertise in data-driven decision making using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Looker.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on product documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence workflow management.
