Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key platform features.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and user interviews to identify high-impact growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to iterate on feature sets and improve retention.
- Lead discovery workshops and translate complex business requirements into clear, technical product specifications.
- Serve as the product evangelist, representing the vision to internal stakeholders and key enterprise clients.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling complex technical products from 0 to 1.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Pendo.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a remote-hybrid environment with high personal accountability.
