Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our core SaaS platform.
- Translate complex user pain points into actionable user stories and detailed functional requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to launch high-impact features.
- Analyze product performance data and user feedback to inform iterative improvements and prioritize the backlog.
- Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis to ensure our market position remains industry-leading.
- Partner with Product Marketing to define GTM strategies for new feature releases.
- Facilitate discovery workshops with key stakeholders to identify high-value growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional product management experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of managing product lifecycles from conception to scale.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Pendo.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and working directly with distributed engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate fluently with developers.
