Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our core SaaS product.
- Lead end-to-end discovery processes, conducting user interviews and market research to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering leads to prioritize the backlog, ensuring a healthy balance between feature delivery and technical debt.
- Own product metrics and KPIs; continuously monitor, analyze, and report on product performance to executive leadership.
- Drive go-to-market strategies in close partnership with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure successful feature launches.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment by translating complex technical requirements into actionable user stories.
- Mentor junior product staff and contribute to building a high-performance product culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable software products from ideation to launch.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and modern product development frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Looker.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A design-thinking mindset with a passion for creating intuitive, user-centric experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
