In this role, you will lead a cross-functional squad of engineers and designers, fostering a culture of rapid experimentation and customer-centric decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our core AI automation platform.
- Translate complex user problems into intuitive, high-impact product features.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire SDLC, from discovery to launch and iteration.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform data-driven pivots.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to align business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis to maintain our market leadership position.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of shipping successful, scalable software products.
- Deep analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative design processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
