Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a core pillar of our SaaS platform.
- Define and execute the product roadmap based on data-driven insights and customer feedback.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify new feature opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Act as the voice of the customer, conducting regular discovery interviews and usability studies.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of product excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of shipping complex features from concept to launch.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Looker.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and cross-functional team leadership.
- Deep empathy for user experience and a passion for human-centered design.
