Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our core PaaS platform, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing) to deliver high-impact features on time and within scope.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Utilize data analytics and A/B testing to make evidence-based decisions and iterate on product performance.
- Act as the primary voice of the customer, bridging the gap between technical stakeholders and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the SaaS or Cloud Computing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching complex B2B products from concept to market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data metrics and translate them into actionable product insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and proficiency with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
