Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including persona development, journey mapping, and usability testing to inform design strategy
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement responsive design systems across web and mobile platforms
- Develop comprehensive design documentation and style guides ensuring consistency across 15+ product touchpoints
- Analyze user behavior metrics and A/B test results to iterate on design solutions
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and design critique sessions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling and data-driven rationale
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing 10+ complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Proven track record of designing for enterprise SaaS platforms with transactional workflows
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Experience conducting moderated user testing and translating insights into actionable improvements
- Ability to balance business objectives with user needs through data-informed design decisions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
