Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive product vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and research to design, development, and launch.
- Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and market gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure technical feasibility.
- Drive the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to iterate on product performance continuously.
- Communicate complex product strategies and roadmaps to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong preference for experience in B2B SaaS or FinTech.
- A proven track record of launching and scaling successful products from concept to market.
- Technical fluency: experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and technical product development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, run experiments (A/B testing), and drive data-informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
