Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects from conception through to final deployment.
- Resource Allocation: Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and drive buy-in.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
- Budget Control: Monitor project finances and ensure deliverables are met without exceeding allocated budgets.
Qualifications
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/MScM certification is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management within the IT or Technology sector.
- Methodologies: Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive consensus in high-pressure situations.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
