We are looking for a visionary and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the next generation of our AI-driven platform. Responsibilities
- Own the Product Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI suite, aligning with business goals and market trends.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and sales to drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle from conception to launch.
- User-Centric Innovation: Conduct deep-dive user research, competitive analysis, and market validation to identify opportunities and pain points.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and use analytics to measure success, iterate on features, and optimize user engagement.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary evangelist for the product, presenting to executive leadership and managing expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Roadmap Execution: Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of successfully launching B2B SaaS products.
- Technical Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts, LLMs, and Generative AI workflows.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Agile Mastery: Deep experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and a proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Aha!
- Problem Solver: A relentless focus on user experience and a bias for action in a fast-paced startup environment.
