Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision for our F&B SaaS suite, aligning with business goals and market trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and culinary operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Conduct deep-dive market research and analyze usage metrics to identify pain points and drive product improvements.
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with key technology partners and third-party integrations to expand platform capabilities.
- User Experience: Lead the user journey from concept to launch, ensuring intuitive interfaces for both restaurant staff and delivery drivers.
- Agile Leadership: Mentor junior PMs and drive agile methodologies to accelerate development cycles and improve time-to-market.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Logistics technology sectors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, API integrations, and data analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Amplitude).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of restaurant operations, supply chain management, and food safety regulations.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex business problems and delivering high-impact products.
