Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for our core B2B SaaS offerings, aligning them with business goals and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing) to deliver high-quality features on time and within scope.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize the user experience.
- Drive the product lifecycle from conception and prioritization through launch and iteration, utilizing data-driven decision-making.
- Communicate complex product updates and roadmaps effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS or Enterprise software environments.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products and managing product lifecycles from ideation to launch.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable product insights.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Technical proficiency: Experience understanding technical concepts (APIs, databases, front-end/back-end) is a plus.
