Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our B2B SaaS platform, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teamsâincluding engineering, design, and marketingâto drive product development from concept to launch.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the market.
- Own the product lifecycle, prioritizing features based on user value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate progress effectively.
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to iterate continuously and improve user satisfaction and retention.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and agile execution.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, A/B test, and drive product improvements based on insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Linear.
- Technical fluency: Understanding of software development lifecycles and APIs is highly preferred.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
