Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven features, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data Science) and key external stakeholders.
- Discovery & Definition: Conduct in-depth market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product requirements.
- Agile Leadership: Lead agile ceremonies (Sprints, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives) and drive the delivery of high-quality, on-time products.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics and A/B testing to measure product performance and iterate on features to maximize user retention and engagement.
- Roadmap Management: Prioritize the product backlog based on ROI, business value, and technical feasibility.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of launching SaaS or AI/ML products.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and APIs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-backed decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
