Responsibilities
- Define Vision & Strategy: Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive user research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and executive leadership to deliver high-quality, on-time product releases.
- Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure clear communication of requirements to development teams.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), user feedback, and market data to iterate and improve product performance.
- Go-to-Market: Work closely with marketing teams to define launch strategies and value propositions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the SaaS or B2B technology sector.
- Track Record: Proven history of successfully launching and scaling products from concept to market.
- Analytics: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven product decisions.
- Agile: Deep experience with agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
