Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a clear product vision for our AI platforms, translating complex technical requirements into actionable business goals.
- Roadmap Management: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to prioritization, execution, and post-launch analysis.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless delivery and alignment.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize features, validate hypotheses, and measure product success.
- User Research: Conduct deep-dive user interviews and usability testing to ensure our products meet market needs and user expectations.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary evangelist for the product, managing stakeholder expectations and communicating value propositions effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the B2B SaaS or AI/ML space.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, and machine learning concepts.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Google Analytics, Amplitude) and the ability to derive insights from large datasets.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon for diverse audiences.
- Agile Methodology: Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and utilizing tools like Jira, Confluence, or Linear.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
