The Role
In this pivotal position, you will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI suite. You will work at the intersection of technology and business, collaborating with world-class engineers, data scientists, and designers to build products that our clients love.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and communicate the product vision and long-term strategy, translating business goals into actionable roadmaps.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, Design, and Sales teams to drive product development cycles and ensure successful feature launches.
- Market Research: Conduct deep-dive user interviews, competitive analysis, and market trend analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact using Agile methodologies.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to iterate on features and continuously improve the product.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary voice of the customer to internal stakeholders, presenting updates and roadmaps effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on B2B SaaS, AI, or Data Analytics.
- Technical Fluency: Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex system architectures and data flows.
- Agile Mastery: Deep experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Productboard).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of turning ambiguous problems into clear, actionable product solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
