Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and train state-of-the-art deep learning models, with a focus on LLMs and Computer Vision.
- Conduct groundbreaking research to solve complex problems in natural language processing, generative AI, or reinforcement learning.
- Collaborate closely with product engineering teams to translate research breakthroughs into scalable, production-ready software.
- Optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency on large-scale distributed systems.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Publish high-impact research papers at top-tier conferences and journals.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in research roles within the AI industry or a top-tier academic lab.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and optimization.
- Experience with distributed training, hyperparameter tuning, and model deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
