What Youâll Do
As our Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle of our AI products. You will define the roadmap, gather requirements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that solves real-world problems.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for AI-driven features, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation, through prioritization, development, and launch to post-launch analytics.
- Cultivate strong relationships with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to remove blockers and drive execution.
- Translate complex data and technical requirements into clear, actionable specifications for the engineering team.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-value features.
- Drive A/B testing and data analysis to iterate on product performance and user engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Masterâs degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or SaaS products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products or major feature updates in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical fluency; ability to understand technical concepts and discuss architecture with engineers.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
