Responsibilities
- Strategic Ownership: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Platform, ensuring alignment with company business goals.
- Product Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and discovery to delivery and post-launch analysis.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, sales, and executive leadership to prioritize features and manage expectations.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to validate hypotheses, measure success, and iterate on product features.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends in AI.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation and accountability within the product team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within B2B SaaS or AI/ML domains.
- Technical Background: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum), APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Analytics: Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to derive insights.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced startup environment.
