Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end product strategy for our flagship SaaS platform.
- Conduct deep-dive user research to identify pain points and market opportunities.
- Partner with Engineering and Design teams to ship high-quality features iteratively.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and ROI.
- Lead cross-functional GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
- Synthesize complex technical constraints into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of product excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of shipping complex, scalable software products.
- Strong technical background with the ability to discuss API integrations and architecture.
- Expertise in data-driven decision making using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Looker.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product discovery frameworks.
