Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap through market analysis, user research, and competitive landscape evaluation
- Lead cross-functional teams through agile methodologies, prioritizing features using data-driven frameworks
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Conduct user interviews and A/B tests to validate product hypotheses
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery
- Develop KPI dashboards and present product performance to executive stakeholders
- Champion product adoption through go-to-market strategies and sales enablement
Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management with 2+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
- Proven track record of launching successful products with measurable impact
- Mastery of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product management tools (Jira, Productboard)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, data visualization, and user research
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience with AI/ML product development highly desirable
