- Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing to validate product hypotheses
- Develop KPI dashboards to measure product performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Present product strategy and progress to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS platforms
- Proven success launching data analytics or AI-powered products
- Expertise in agile methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Aha!, Productboard)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to influence stakeholders
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field preferred
- Experience mentoring junior product managers
