Responsibilities
- Lead and architect cutting-edge research projects in Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision.
- Prototype, validate, and deploy novel machine learning models to production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate theoretical research into marketable products.
- Contribute to technical documentation and white papers for industry conferences.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic literature and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in R&D, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of statistical learning, optimization, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, etc.) or open-sourcing significant projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
