Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives and market trends
- Lead user research and market analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize features and deliverables
- Develop KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure product success
- Present product strategy to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration
- Mentor junior product managers and foster team development
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS products
- Proven track record of launching successful products in competitive markets
- Expertise in agile methodologies and product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical concepts into strategic value
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder alignment
- Experience with AI/ML product development preferred
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
