We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our core platform. You will work directly with our leadership team to define our roadmap, drive cross-functional alignment, and solve complex problems for enterprise clients worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for our flagship SaaS platform.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and detailed functional specifications.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams to deliver robust, scalable features.
- Conduct thorough market research and user interviews to identify emerging pain points and opportunities.
- Analyze product performance metrics to derive actionable insights and iterative improvements.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with company objectives and customer needs.
- Evangelize product strategy across the organization and represent the voice of the customer in internal forums.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of shipping successful products from concept to launch.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of Agile development methodologies and cross-functional team dynamics.
- Experience conducting user research and synthesizing qualitative feedback into feature requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
