Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for key features within our core platform.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and market analysis to identify untapped opportunities for growth.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Analyze product performance metrics and KPIs to inform iterative improvements and feature prioritization.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and wireframing to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Advocate for the user experience by prioritizing accessibility, performance, and intuitive design.
- Communicate product roadmap status and strategic shifts to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of launching successful features that delivered measurable business value.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Tableau.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative product development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup culture.
