- Lead cross-functional teams through Agile development cycles and OKR execution
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure technical feasibility and quality delivery
- Own P&L responsibility for $15M product portfolio
- Present product roadmap to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 8+ years product management experience with B2B SaaS platforms
- Proven track record launching enterprise-grade financial technology solutions
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Business preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience scaling products from MVP to $10M+ ARR
