Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap by conducting market research and user interviews
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to prioritize features and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform iterative improvements
- Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with SaaS or consumer tech products
- Proven track record of launching successful products with measurable impact
- Expertise in agile methodologies and product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical concepts into strategic value
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with A/B testing, user research, and data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
