Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for enterprise analytics platform, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams through Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features
- Conduct deep market research and user interviews to identify unmet needs and competitive opportunities
- Analyze complex datasets to inform product decisions, translating insights into actionable requirements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize technical debt and feature development
- Present product strategy and progress to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS platforms, ideally in analytics or AI
- Proven track record of launching successful products with measurable business impact
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and roadmap prioritization frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and metrics
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with A/B testing, user research methodologies, and market analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
