Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap by synthesizing user research, market analysis, and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional Agile teams through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify product opportunities
- Develop detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex features
- Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive, user-centric experiences
- Track KPIs and product metrics to measure success and iterate continuously
- Present product strategy to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS products
- Proven track record of launching successful products in enterprise markets
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and product discovery frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with A/B testing, user research, and behavioral analytics
- BS/BA in technical field or equivalent practical experience
- PMP or CSM certification preferred
