Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams through Agile sprints, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features
- Conduct user research and data analysis to identify opportunities and prioritize backlog
- Develop KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and ROI
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive GTM strategy
- Present product updates and progress to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior product managers and foster best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience with 3+ years in fintech or SaaS
- Proven track record of launching successful consumer-facing products with measurable growth
- Expertise in product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel) and A/B testing methodologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate complex requirements into technical specifications
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams and asynchronous workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
