Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle using Agile methodologies and Jira
- Conduct user research and data analysis to identify unmet needs
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to prioritize features
- Develop KPIs and success metrics for product performance
- Present product strategy to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior product managers and foster product culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record launching enterprise-scale products
- Expertise in user research, data analysis (SQL, Amplitude), and prototyping
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and API integrations
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Hotjar)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Business, or related field
