Responsibilities
- Drive the product strategy and roadmap for our flagship SaaS platform.
- Conduct deep-dive user research to identify pain points and new market opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality features iteratively.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure feature adoption and ROI.
- Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to align on vision and execution priorities.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of product excellence.
- Synthesize market trends and competitive intelligence into actionable product insights.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing products from concept through to successful launch and scale.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Looker.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional distributed teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Deep understanding of modern product development lifecycles and design thinking principles.
