Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including market research, user story mapping, and go-to-market strategy
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company vision and customer needs
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure feasibility
- Analyze user behavior and market trends to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses
- Present product vision and progress to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Mentor junior product team members and foster a culture of experimentation
- Drive product adoption through strategic partnerships and customer engagement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with SaaS/enterprise products
- Proven track record of launching successful products in B2B or B2C markets
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, JIRA, and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate market opportunities into actionable plans
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and product metric frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
